SchoolDude is currently the system being utilized for tracking services for Preventive Maintenance and Maintenance Direct.  This is where work orders are generated and received.  Information pertaining to work order progress, completion, and status is stored.  It is capable of performing other valuable and useful services such as tracking inventory, fuel costs, and customer service surveys.  However, additional personnel need to be properly trained in the use of the system.
