Employee Assistance

Educators face many challenges, both personal and professional. Birmingham City Schools offers a confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to help you address these challenges. This program offers resources and solutions for emotional, mental, and personal well-being. Our EAP is administered through Educators’ EAP, which is specifically designed for educators but open to all employees.

Call anytime for confidential assistance. To reach a counselor, call 800-252-4555 or visit www.educatorseap.com.
