Builds and divides classrooms; builds and installs cabinets, bookcases, computer tables, and library counters for the schools and facilities in the school system.

Ensures that all break-ins i.e. (window or door damage) are handled in a timely manner.

Repairs and replaces bathroom stalls and doors in boys' and girls' restrooms in all schools and facilities.

Pours concrete, asphalt, dumpster pads, lays bricks, blocks and repairs fence at all schools and facilities.

Repairs ceramic and coral tile and patches holes in floors and walls in all schools and facilities.

Repairs and constructs sidewalks, walkways and retaining walls at all schools and facilities.

Sheetrock, plaster, putty and paint all schools and facilities throughout the school system.

Refinishes old bookcases, furniture, cabinets, etc. in the Paint Shop.

Stripes parking lots and removes graffiti from all facilities throughout the system.
